How do I place an order with you?

Can I also purchase from you for private purposes?
We typically sell to businesses. But, depending on the quantities desired, we may be able to accommodate you. Please be aware that we typically only take cash for counter sales, as we don’t take credit cards at this time. Personal checks have to be approved in advance.
Where do you deliver the merchandise?
We predominantly deliver within a 50 mile radius of Paris, Pleasant View, and Hopkinsville but can also deliver to locations outside this radius for an additional charge. If you have your own preferred rate with a freight carrier, you can arrange pick up at any of our locations as well.

What are your return conditions?
If the merchandise does not match what was promised, or was damaged during delivery, we will reimburse you for the damaged goods.
How fast can you deliver?
Our normal policy is to bring materials into stock for our customers, and deliver to them as needed. In stock items typically deliver the same day or the next day. Lead times on new items and run and ship items vary by commodity, but range from 2-4 weeks.
Can you make custom sized boxes?
Yes, we can! Just contact us and one of our team members will contact you to get you the box you need. Depending on the size, a custom box may range in cost between $15 and $50. We try to find a fair and affordable solutions for all situations.
I need a product that you do not list on your site. Can you still provide us with a quote?
If it has anything to do with packaging, there is a good chance that we will have a source. Please let us know what you are looking for, and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
